Well, I think I mentioned my dismay at getting {Err99} on the 40D. It has now been with Canon for 2 weeks, so 4 weeks to go on my estimated time for repair. I do HOPE it is fixed and returned sooner.

Have a Group shoot ‘Fashion’ booked for 7^th February at Rowe Studios, Rotherham. Will be good to meet a few friends, and of course Mr Rowe – whom I have heard so much about (All Good)

After that, I currently only have a couple of things on the schedule, and really must look at bringing my calendar on-line (probably the next thing I do to this site)

28^th February – will be PhotoCamp {Winter 2009} – which I am looking forward to, and probably will be involved in Photoshop workshops (easy either way on this one)

1^st March – I have a provisional shoot in Wakefield

8^th March – I have another Provisional Shoot this time in Leeds – thinking maybe Roundhay Park and some of the nice props around there (Weather permitting of course!)

Attended the Castleford Group Shoot 11th January 2009, at the Yorkshire Rose Pub in Castleford. It was a great day. 4 superb models and 6+ photographers.

Got some great images, and will look forward to working with the models probably individually again soon.

Th day was slghtly marred from my perspective due to my 40D developing the rather serious ‘err99′ and not wanting to play ball at all. Luckily I had the 350D with me, and that showed to me how user friendly the 40D is compared.

The 4D is now on its way back to Canon for Warrenty repair

That aside I battled with the settings on the 350D, and think this episode dinted my Mojo somewhat, and my pictures suffered. Thats my opinion (you may think they are always bad ).
